ELECTIONS: Bill would make voting more convenient

California Secretary of State visits Riverside and touts bill to streamline voting process.
Secretary of State Alex Padilla is advocating for a piece of legislation that he said would give California residents more options in when, where, and how they can vote. Under the legislation, known as SB 450, California counties would mail every voter a ballot, expand early voting, and let voters cast their ballots at any vote center within their county. The bill passed the State Senate in May and is pending in the Assembly. Read full article
